I am delighted to share that I was awarded the AIchemy Collaborative Travel Fund to support my research on “Learning Methods for safe human-in-the-loop robotic experimentation in chemistry labs” in collaboration with the Edinburgh Centre for AI in Assistive Autonomy and the Edinburgh Centre for Robotics.

This collaboration will strengthen my work at the interface of AI, robotics, and Human-Robot Collaboration shared laboratories for accelerating scientific discovery, and I am grateful to AIchemy for supporting this research visit.

ICRA Robotic Chemist Demonstration @ British Science Festival, Liverpool
On 14 September 2025, I showcased our research on Robotic Chemists and Self-Driving Labs at the British Science Festival (Museum of Liverpool). It was a pleasure engaging with the public and sharing the work from the Autonomous Chemistry Lab (Cooper Group, University of Liverpool).

I was joined by Abdoulatif, and Michael and Megan demonstrated the robotic chemist. Special thanks to George and Vikki for organising the demonstration.
